1. How long does it take to design a new website?

We get this question at the start of every 1st meeting. The real answer is: It’s up to YOU, the client! The variables include your input at the beginning of the process, how established your brand or the idea you have for your brand is, the time it takes for you to respond to mails and give feedback and the ultimate time muncher… CONTENT! In a perfect world, we love to handover our websites within 2 months of the initial start date!

2. Do you use WordPress or something?

Simple answer: Yes.

Method behind the madness: We believe the numbers speak for themselves. WordPress is the CMS (Content Management System) of choice for more than 30% of websites today! This means that there is constant development being done on WordPress, which is great. The other plus is that it is very easy to understand for a client who chooses to be more hands on with the site after handoff and chooses not to leave the site with us for maintenance.

3. Do we only work with local businesses?

No. We have clients all over the world. We have one rule though, we have to see your face at least once! (Skype calls are the cheapest way to play within these rules)

4. Is Responsive Web Design really a thing?

It definitely is. Let us tell you why. From our own experience, 60% of the traffic scrolling our customer’s sites are doing so on mobile devices. This means that if your site is not optimized for all devices, up to 60% of your total visitors will have a very bad first impression of your brand, obviously leading to lost leads. We are rooting for you to do extremely well and will therefore not budge on this one!

5. I'm on a budget, but really need a website. Can you help me?

We really want to help everyone succeeding in the online space. Our payment options are as follow:

  1. Small sites: 100% payment at the start of the project.
  2. Bigger sites & e-commerce: 50% deposit and 50% upon completion.
  3. Startups: Monthly payment option ranging from 3 – 12 months.

If you are on a very tight budget you may qualify for the monthly payment option. Transparency is very important to us in this regard.
